DATA DELETION

Horizon Setup respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how clients, website visitors, representatives, and other individuals can request deletion of personal information processed by Horizon.
1. Requesting Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal information, contact Privacy Email: info@horizonsetup.com. Use the subject: Data Deletion Request. Please provide enough information to allow us to identify the relevant records, such as your name, email address, company name, and the service or application involved. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials. Horizon may verify your identity or authority before processing the request.
2. Information Related to Business Setup Services
Horizon may process personal and corporate information while supporting company registration, licensing, market entry, compliance, or other corporate services. Some information may have been submitted to government authorities, regulators, banks, legal advisers, or other independent third parties. A deletion request submitted to Horizon does not automatically delete information held independently by those organizations. You may need to contact the relevant organization directly regarding information held in its systems.
3. What Happens After a Request
After receiving a valid request, Horizon will identify the information covered by the request and, where appropriate, delete it, anonymize it, or restrict its processing. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal or regulatory obligations, government requirements, accounting and tax records, contractual records, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Information stored in secure backups may also remain temporarily until those backups are overwritten or expire.
4. Client and Company Records
Where personal information forms part of official company documentation, licensing records, corporate registrations, government submissions, or legally required business records, Horizon may not be able to delete that information immediately. Such information will only be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
